Cancellation Policy

If a patient needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require at least 48 hours’ notice before the appointment. Notification allows the doctor to see another patient on the waiting list, given the long waiting period to see the specialist.

Our Specialists and staff are committed to supporting your child’s needs. Last minute cancellations or not turning up for the appointment results in other children miss the opportunity to see the specialist.

We understand that unplanned situations can arise, but we encourage you to contact our reception as soon as possible to advise of your situation and give us an opportunity to reschedule the appointment. In order to provide the best possible care to our patients, we have the following policy in place.

  • You need to make an appointment to see one of our doctors by contacting the reception.
  • A minimum of 48 hr notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellation. (For rescheduling, $100 will be required as a deposit for rebooking. For cancellations, a $100 admin fees will be charged.)
  • If a patient does not show up for an appointment or does not provide 48 hr notice for rescheduling or cancellation, then any deposit in system for that patient will be forfeited.
  • Frequent cancellations (maximum 2) will result in a full prepayment of the expected consultation fees before securing the next appointment.
